Sales Director | Global Role | Up to £80,000 | Northamptonshire (Hybrid Potential)
We are partnering with a leading international organisation to recruit an experienced Sales Director to drive global growth and lead a high-performing commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and hands-on sales leader to shape and deliver a global commercial strategy across multiple service lines.
The Opportunity
Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of global sales performance, focusing on expanding market presence, increasing revenue streams, and strengthening key client relationships across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a global commercial strategy to drive new business growth
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
* Grow revenue across a diverse portfolio of technical and professional services
* Expand international membership/subscription base and market reach
* Build and manage key account relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities
* Deliver strategic plans with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes
* Represent the organisation at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
* Support and lead commercial activity around events and global engagements
About You
Essential:
* Proven track record in sales leadership at a senior level
* Experience developing and implementing successful commercial strategies
* Strong background in B2B sales within complex or technical environments
* Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve ambitious targets
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
* Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
* Comfortable with international travel
* Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Desirable:
* Experience within testing, certification, or technical services environments
* Exposure to international markets and global account management
* Experience organising or supporting industry events
* Familiarity with digital platforms and social media for business development
