About The Role
Due to our continued growth, we’re looking to expand our Compliance team with an exciting opportunity for an aspiring apprentice, based at our Head Office to support the showroom-based Compliance Team. As an Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced Administrators, completing comprehensive internal and external training provided by our apprenticeships partner. The role involves working towards achieving a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
Main responsibilities:
* Liaise between the National Compliance Manager and Directors / Department Heads to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
* Support the HR Department by taking notes during HR meetings
* Monitor document returns to support the compliance team
* Highlight errors in reports to retail planners
* Assist showroom-based Kitchen and Bedroom surveyors with queries regarding bookings, absences, holidays, etc.
* Maintain logs of tasks and pending actions within the Compliance team
* Facilitate communication for compliance improvements within the business
* Attend meetings with the National Compliance Manager and stakeholders, detailing required actions
* Maintain communication channels during the manager's absence
* Manage feedback logs to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
* Monitor report returns to ensure timely submission of documents
* Audit compliance documentation to meet standards
* Review holiday requests and approve or decline based on frameworks
* Coordinate return-to-work processes after absences
* Prepare documents and bookings for regional meetings
* Contact designers on error reports to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction
