Work closely with the teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity. Maintain accurate records and reporting through the CRM system. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in business development, ideally within the recruitment sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full UK driving licence.
