Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. English – GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent e.g. Functional Skills Level 2
2. Maths – GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent e.g. Functional Skills Level 2
3. Vocational Level 3 or equivalent in relevant field
Desirable criteria
4. IT/Computing GCSE, NVQ or equivalent
Experience
Essential criteria
5. Experience of working within an office environment
6. Experience of customer facing work environment
7. Experience of taking and transcribing meeting notes/minutes
8. Experience of using computerised and web-based information systems, databases and social media

9. Experience of working within an education facility
10. Experience of working within an NHS Setting

11. High level of competency with Microsoft Office 365 including Microsoft Teams
