Job Title: Deputy Children’s Home Manager
📍 Location: Stoke-on-Trent & Newcastle-under-Lyme
💷 Salary: £34,594 – £36,674 per annum
⏰ Working Hour: 40 hours per week
🛏️ Number of Sleeps Required: Approx. 10 sleep-ins per month
💤 Pay Per Sleep: Included within salary
🏠 Service: Children’s Home
👧🧒 Service Users: YPs – EBD, Complex Needs, Challenging Behaviour
🎓 Qualifications Required:
* NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
* Full UK Driving Licence
* 📅 Experience in Years Required: Senior-level experience within children’s residential care
* 📄 Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

* Number of Beds: Small residential homes
* Location: Staffordshire (Stoke-on-Trent & Newcastle-under-Lyme)
* Type of YPs: EBD, Trauma, Complex Needs, Challenging Behaviour

* Ratio of Staff to Children: High staff-to-child ratio
