We’re seeking a confident, forward-thinking Head Veterinary Nurse to lead clinical operations at a well-established and expanding practice. You’ll manage and develop the nursing team, ensure exceptional standards of patient care, and play a key role in the practice’s transformation. The site offers a wide range of surgical and diagnostic capabilities, including laparoscopy, endoscopy, TTA kit, patella luxation equipment, ultrasound, digital and dental X-ray, capnography, and ventilators. You will work alongside a talented team, including multiple certificate holders, with the support of a dedicated Practice Manager. What we’re looking for: RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse. 2 years’ UK post-qualification experience. Leadership and coaching skills. Passion for high-quality client and patient care. Key duties : Oversee clinical standards and regulatory compliance. Manage and mentor the nursing team. Support vet-led procedures and run nurse clinics. Drive continuous improvement in care and operations.
