In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our Assurance Directorate, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support our organisational priorities. Location: Nationwide - This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to work remotely and on-site at one of our regional business office locations. Hours: 37.5 per week Salary: £33,708.58 - £35,649.18 pro rata (dependent on experience) About the Role: As the Assurance Team and Project Coordinator, you'll provide essential administrative support to the Assurance Directorate, including document preparation, audit coordination, and maintaining team work plans. You'll serve as a point of contact for the Directorate, handling queries and supporting governance through meeting preparation and documentation. Additionally, you'll assist in the development and implementation of policies and programs, ensuring accurate tracking and analysis of assurance activities. About You: Previous experience providing administrative and project coordination support to diverse teams. Proficiency in IT, including Word, databases, PowerPoint, Outlook, and online meeting formats like MS Teams. Experience tracking project delivery and using IT systems to monitor progress. Abilities and Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle numerical and confidential information accurately and discreetly. Excellent time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams and maintain confidentiality.
