What You’ll Be Doing
Preparing and delivering high-quality lunch serviceMaintaining food safety and hygiene standardsSupporting stock control and tracking wastageAssisting with mise en place and production plansCollaborating with the senior chef on section managementSetting up and breaking down your section daily
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a professional kitchenCulinary qualification (preferred but not essential)Food Safety certification (or willingness to complete)A team player with great communication skillsPassion for food and high standards
