Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out window cleaning, with entry training into roof cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter/fascia cleaning.
* Operating and maintaining specialist tools and equipment
* Documenting work completed via mobile device
* Assisting with set-up, clean-up, and customer communication
What We're Looking For:
* Must be 25+ with a full UK driving licence
* Basic understanding of exterior cleaning or construction work (preferred)
* Reliable, professional, and respectful of clients' homes
* Willingness to work in all weather conditions
Overview
. This role involves cleaning windows of various heights and locations, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and safety. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, comfortable with using a ladder, possess good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience is not essential, as training will be provided- a willingness to learn and a positive approach are important.
Duties
* Clean windows on both residential and commercial properties, including high-rise buildings using appropriate equipment and safety measures
* Use specialised cleaning tools and solutions to achieve streak-free results
* Ensure all work is completed efficiently while maintaining safety standards
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service
* Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards
* Follow health and safety regulations at all times during the cleaning process
Requirements
* Valid driving licence is preferred to access different job sites efficiently
* Good command of English for effective communication with clients and team members
* Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
* Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and understand instructions
* Ability to work at heights safely, with attention to detail and organisation
* Physical fitness to carry out cleaning tasks, including climbing ladders or working on scaffolding if required
* Previous experience in window cleaning or similar roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates

Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour
