The Role
As Account Manager, you'll provide day‑to‑day support across customer accounts and internal teams, helping to keep projects on track and ensuring clients are kept informed.
Key Duties
* Assisting with customer communications via phone, email, and client portals
* Supporting senior Account Managers with account administration and reporting
* Helping track orders, timelines, and project updates
* Updating internal systems with accurate client and order information
* Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries and support delivery
* Learning account management processes and best practice
About You – Account Manager
This role would suit someone with a background in customer service, administration, sales support, or coordination who is ready to take the next step into account management.
