Preparation of monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal postings. Production of statutory accounts and support through external audit. Continuous improvement of reporting processes and financial accuracy. Partnering with operational MDs to provide clear variance analysis, cost reviews, and commercial insight. Contribution to project accounting including acquisitions, integrations, and ad hoc analysis. Acting as cover for payroll management responsibilities when required.
