Salary: £38,000 - £41,000 + up to 25% Bonus
We’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house team at our busy Brewers Fayre in Minehead, located right next to a thriving Premier Inn. With a steady flow of guests and a buzzing kitchen, this is a fantastic opportunity to run a high-volume operation with real impact.
You’ll be responsible for leading and developing your kitchen team, managing food margins, audits, and delivering consistently high standards. With full support from a back-of-house trained General Manager, you’ll also benefit from seasonal menu launches, access to our Kitchen Academy, and the freedom to shape how your kitchen runs.

* Lead and develop the kitchen team to meet high standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Manage food margins and costs, audits, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
* Collaborate with the General Manager and Kitchen Academy to implement seasonal menu launches and initiatives.
* Shape and optimise how the kitchen runs to improve efficiency and guest experience.
