Your new role
1. Provide strategic leadership and ensure national alignment of the region’s engagement andplaints advocacy service
2. Provide operational oversight, line management and professional supervision of the region’s engagement officers andplaints advocates
3. Oversee regionalmunications and public relations
4. Integrate engagement,plaints advocacy and learning fromplaints
5. Contribute to the region’sernance, performance and learning frameworks
6. Provide strategic, national leadership for a nominated all Wales area of interest
What you'll need to succeed
7. Clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle - travel required for this role.
