The Role: We're seeking a passionate IT Support Engineer to join our elite squad in the North of England. You'll be the tech hero our clients rely on, working with the latest technologies whilst developing your skills across our comprehensive support tiers (1st, 2nd, and 3rd line).
The Adventure: From remote problem-solving to on-site client visits across the North East and North West, every day brings fresh challenges. Regular travel between regions? Absolutely - it's all part of the journey to becoming a well-rounded tech professional with diverse client exposure.
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience (2+ years minimum):
* Windows Client OS & macOS Support - You know these systems inside out
* Network Infrastructure mastery - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, and routing are your playground
* Security expertise - Sophos experience preferred, but show us your cybersecurity prowess and firewall magic.
* Microsoft 365 - You make productivity software sing
* Smart device wizardry - Android and iOS hold no secrets from you
Bonus Points For:
* Apple MDM experience (ABM, JAMF Pro)
* Microsoft Intune and Autopilot knowledge

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum (experience dependent)

The Schedule
Core Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Flexibility required for occasional out-of-hours support, weekend migrations, and travel
Security Clearance Required
Due to our work with regulated businesses, successful candidates must pass security and financial screening - it's a condition of employment, but shows the calibre of clients you'll be working with.
