Job Summary
The Clinical Operations Director at meta[bolic] is responsible for all operations functions including contracts, purchase orders, accounting and logistics. Must be highly engagement within the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Leadership - Provide strategic leadership to the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and overseeing the development and implementation of clinical protocols, policies, and procedures.
2. Operations Management - Manage day-to-day clinical operations to optimize efficiency, workflow, and patient experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate clinical services with other departments for seamless operations.
3. Quality Assurance - Establish and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
4. Team Development - Recruit, train, and mentor clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development and promote collaboration and effective communication within the clinical team and with other departments.
5. Patient Engagement - Implement strategies to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction and gather and analyze patient feedback to drive improvements in clinical processes and services.
6. Resource Allocation - Manage resource allocation, including staffing levels, equipment, and supplies, to meet patient care demands. Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage budgets related to clinical operations.
7. Technology Integration - Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to integrate technology solutions that enhance clinical operations. Ensure the effective utilization of electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare management systems.
Requirements
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within clinical operations, preferably in diabetes care or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality assurance standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse clinical team.
• Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.
