Soho Mews House
Located opposite the Handel Hendrix House, Soho Mews House will be our 10th London location. This Georgian townhouse, near New Bond Street, features discreet entrances and spans four floors with internal and external spaces. The Role...
As the Sous Chef, your duties will include recruiting and training new employees, adhering to allergy procedure and food preferences as well as working with the Executive and Head Chef on developing new menu options. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will be the driving force behind the food offering making sure it is seasonal, relevant and appealing to our members and guests. 2-4 years' experience in a busy high-profile kitchen in a similar senior role
Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
Punctual, reliable and trustworthy

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

Thurs - Sat - 8am - 1:30am
