This is an exciting opportunity to join Suffolk New College as we continue to expand our curriculum and employer engagement offer across multiple campuses. This role sits across both curriculum delivery and business development, supporting the growth of adult short courses, apprenticeships and employer‑led provision, particularly within driving and logistics training. This includes supporting the delivery and development of new driver training provision led through the Directorate of Business Development and Major Projects. Logistics is a significant area of employment across the Eastern region. The College has developed a new range of Level 1 and Level 2 adult short courses and apprenticeships, alongside employer responsive driver training provision delivered through Business Development, to support individuals who are out of work, seeking to upskill, or considering a career change. This role plays a key part in ensuring these opportunities are delivered effectively and remain aligned with employer needs. Logistics and warehousing courses sit within the Directorate of Creative Arts, Enterprise & Digital Industries (CAEDI) for curriculum delivery and learner experience. However, due to the strong employer facing and project based nature of the provision, the role is line managed through the Directorate of Business Development and Major Projects. The post holder will work collaboratively across both Directorates, contributing to curriculum delivery, development and quality within CAEDI, while also supporting employer engagement, skills projects and industry responsive provision aligned with Business Development priorities. This shared arrangement ensures logistics, warehousing and driver related provision remains curriculum led, employer informed and responsive to regional skills needs, and requires flexibility to work across Directorate structures and College campuses.
