Financial Accountant | £40,000 - £48,000 | West Malling, Kent (1 day WFH) A successful and growing organisation is seeking a Financial Accountant to join their central finance function on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for a newly qualified or finalist-level accountant looking to take on broad responsibility within a fast-paced environment, supporting both routine reporting and wider commercial finance activity. Responsibilities Take ownership of balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all accounts. Manage stock reconciliation processes, validating data between internal systems and ERP platforms. Support the month-end and year-end reporting cycles, producing high-quality financial information for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure statutory, legal and group reporting requirements are met in line with relevant deadlines. Act as a key contact for both internal and external audit teams. Provide financial insight and analysis to senior management when required. Assist with additional projects, reporting tasks and ad-hoc finance initiatives across the department. Skills & Experience Newly qualified or finalist ACA/ACCA, or equivalent experience within a similar financial accounting role.
