Monday to Friday 10am-2pm
We are recruiting a sales administrator to support our client’s sales team in its continuing sales growth.
Full product training will be provided by your line manager.
Key Responsibilities
•Chasing up quotes and gleaning information around how we can improve
•Looking at sales retention
•Customer service via phone and email
•Updating spreadsheet and records
•All general admin duties
Skills & Qualifications
•Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role
•Comfortable with MS suite
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•A team player with a positive mental attitude
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Some Sage Experience dealing with Despatch Notes
•Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
