About The Role We are seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors. Based in our Information Centre, the role involves delivering impartial information, advice, and guidance both face-to-face and via telephone. You will support student admissions, enrolments, and bursary processes, while also managing various administrative duties and maintaining a welcoming front-of-house environment. About You Key responsibilities include providing high-quality customer service and guidance to all visitors, students, and staff. The role involves supporting the admissions and enrolment processes, including the handling of applications and payments. The advisor will administer bursaries, free school meals, and travel pass requests in line with current funding guidelines. Maintaining and updating student information using internal systems, such as Pro Solutions, is also a key part of the role. Additionally, the advisor will be responsible for issuing and managing student ID cards and assisting with internal car park registrations. Ensuring the reception and Information Centre area remains tidy and well-stocked with up-to-date materials is essential to maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
