Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Oil & Gas Mechanic for an onshore position. TRS Experience is desirable. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical systems and a passion for problem-solving. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of equipment, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
Duties
* Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify issues and malfunctions.
* Utilise diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot problems effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in the workshop or on-site.
* Keep tools and work areas clean and organised to promote efficiency.
Experience
* Proven Mechanical experience with an offshore background
* Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment is required.
* Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment is advantageous.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is important.
* A relevant qualification or certification in mechanics is mandatory.
