Client Services Director – Event Production & Integrated Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction across all touchpoints.
* Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale event productions, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion.
* Drive integrated marketing strategies across various platforms (digital, social, experiential) to meet client goals.
* Collaborate with internal teams including creative, digital, and production to deliver innovative, high-quality campaigns.
* Manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
* Develop and present strategic proposals and campaign reports to senior stakeholders.
* Leverage your deep knowledge of the automotive sector to guide client strategy and ensure relevance in a highly competitive market.
* Foster long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Account Director, Project Director or similar role in an agency
* Extensive experience in event production and integrated marketing campaigns, ideally within the automotive industry.
* Demonstrated ability to manage high-level client relationships and multi-million-pound campaigns.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
