We are seeking a dynamic Partner Delivery and Events Assistant to support the smooth operational delivery of all partner activations (sponsorship activities) and hospitality and bespoke eventsacross the four festivals to fulfil the vision of the charity, a world in which everyone can access culture. The postholder will undertake a range of administrative and ‘on-the ground’ duties, working collaboratively with the Partner Delivery Manager and the Events Manager in the lead up to and during the Festival cycle.
In this role, you will gain valuable insight into working within the charitable sector and live events industry, and an understanding of the sponsorship process with Festival Partners (we work with many different partners across all four festivals including The Times & Sunday Times, EDF, Attivo, Cunard and Cheltenham BID among others). The Partner and Events Assistant will work within the framework of the overall strategic plan with accessibility, inclusion and sustainability at the heart of everything that we do.
This role is ideal for someone interested in Events and Festival working, or looking to further their experience in this field, focusing on Partnerships and delivering partner objectives, and will involve collaborative working with internal teams across the organisation for all four festivals.
