Meridian Business Support are looking to recruit 2 qualified M.O.T Testers for a client of ours based in Grimsby on a permanent basis, working a 4 day week 12 hours a day.An MOT Tester is responsible for inspecting vehicles to ensure they meet the legal safety and environmental standards set by the DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency). Shift Pattern: MondayThursday, 6:00pm 6:00am (4-day working week)About the Role :We are currently recruiting for a qualified **MOT Tester** to join our team on a permanent night shift basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking for a consistent 4-day working week with a competitive salary.Key Responsibilities :- Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations- Accurately complete all MOT documentation using the DVSA MOT Testing Service (MTS)- Identify and report vehicle defects and safety issues- Ensure all work meets required safety and compliance standards- Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment- Work efficiently within a professional testing environmentRequirements :- **Valid and current MOT Tester licence (essential)**- Strong knowledge of DVSA testing standards and procedures- Experience working in a busy workshop environment- Full UK Driving Licence- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- High attention to detail and commitment to vehicle safety?? *Please note: A valid MOT Tester licence is essential.
