This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to building something extraordinary within a new team.
Your daily tasks will include:
* Travel Operations: Coordinate and manage trips to ensure everything runs smoothly and troubleshoot when it doesn’t.
* Client Relations: Be the go-to person for travel agencies and clients, providing personalised support.
* Partnerships: Maintain positive and respectful relationships with suppliers and partners.
* Quality Control: Ensure compliance with standards, legal requirements, and company policies; continuously seek improvement.
* Crisis Management: Think laterally to solve problems quickly and calmly.
* Multitasking & Proactivity: Manage multiple projects, meet last-minute requests, and stay competitive.
* On-Duty & Standby: Be on-call after hours during evenings or weekends when clients are traveling.
Who You Are

* Fast learner: Able to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
* Structured: Comfortable handling multiple bookings of varying complexity.
* Prioritisation: Able to prioritise workload and work independently.
* Communication: Strong written and verbal communication; document actions and changes clearly.
Requirements
* Experience: Ideally 2 years in event management, tourism/hospitality ops, or related fields.
* Key Skills: Project management, communication, and crisis handling.
* Personal Traits: Organised, methodical, independent, reliable, and structured.
* Communication skills: Strong written and verbal; ability to build trust with clients and partners.
* Tools: Proficient in Google Suite and digitally fluent.
