Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Horsham.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons that reflect the school's commitment to inspiring curiosity and fostering critical thinking, ensuring all students are supported to reach their potential.
- Develop and implement differentiated lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of learners, promoting an inclusive environment where every student feels valued and motivated.
- Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative methods, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies to support continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of the Business & Computer Science curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the school's educational principles and prepares students for future success.
- Support students' academic and personal development, including those requiring additional guidance, in accordance with the school's inclusive ethos.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Business & Computer Science team and across departments to share best practices and develop cross-curricular links.
- Uphold the school’s high standards of behaviour and safety, creating a positive learning environment that reflects the school's values of respect, integrity, and community.
- Engage in relevant professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and stay informed of educational best practices.
- Participate in school events and meetings, contributing to the wider school community and supporting extracurricular activities where appropriate.
