The Opportunity:
A dynamic and rapidly scaling Private Equity-backed group within the B2B and Education Services sector is seeking an exceptional Finance Director to lead its highest-growth division. Headquartered in Bristol, the group delivers impressive financial performance, with £300m in turnover and £50m in EBITDA. The spotlight division in question contributes £70m in revenue and £20m EBITDA, growing at an impressive 20% year-on-year through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.

* Proven leadership of finance teams, with a strong command of both technical finance and commercial insight.
* Experience in Private Equity-backed businesses or similar growth-focused environments is highly desirable.
* Sector experience within education, training, courses, or qualifications will be highly advantageous.
* Demonstrated ability to balance control, compliance, and performance management with a strong commercial acumen.
* A proactive, forward-thinking mindset with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
What’s on Offer:
This is a rare opportunity to take the financial helm of a thriving division within a well-backed and ambitious group, poised for significant value creation. The successful candidate will enjoy high visibility, direct influence on key decisions, and the chance to be part of a transformative Private Equity journey.
