The Best Connection are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Factory Operatives to join our client's busy food processing facility in Leytonstone. This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced food production environment, where you'll play a key part in maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working on the production line handling pork products
* Packing, labelling, and preparing goods for dispatch
* Operating machinery and following strict health & safety procedures
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area
* Supporting the team to meet daily production targets
Requirements:
* Previous factory, warehouse, or food production experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
* Comfortable working with pork and meat products
* Ability to work in a chilled environment
* Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
* Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
