* Regular social activitieswith the team
* Monthly clinical trainingon topics chosen by our team. The training is facilitated by our Learning and Development team and /or external specialists. Examples of training topics offered this year: Long COVID, traumatic brain injury, motivational interviewing in mental health
* Networkingwith senior clinicians.
* Provide comprehensive, evidence-based Occupational Therapy services to clients
* Apply clinical expertise and professional competence in the assessment, intervention, consultation, case management, discharge planning, education, and follow-up of clients
* Excel in a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team environment
* Exhibit sound professional judgment
What you need to be successful
* 1–3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist is an asset
* A Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
* Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
* Passion for your profession and commitment to ongoing professional development
* Experience with return to work and interdisciplinary care
* Experience with chronic pain and concussion an asset
