Egencia is seeking a Program Manager to join our Product & Engineering team.
We are looking for someone who loves solving real-world business problems and is dedicated to innovative thinking to ensure Egencia continues to be the technology leader in the corporate travel space.
You will work within the Product and Engineering organization and collaborate with our business partners to reshape how our customers use our products from start to finish, being accountable for delivering business solutions that improve processes, surface insights, and support decision-making.

What you’ll do:
* Own the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs across departments.
* Identify stakeholders and manage expectations.
* Understand work breakdowns, develop delivery plans.
* Hold teams accountable for deliverables.
* Manage dependencies, risks, and issues.
* Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
* Establish governance routines to keep projects on track.
Who you are:
* BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
* At least 5 years in Technical Program or Product Management in a tech organization.
* Understanding of web and application development architectures.
* Optional but valued: Knowledge of the Air and Travel Industry.
* Strong problem-solving skills, data-driven approach.
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage dependencies.
* Clear communication skills.
* Ability to handle ambiguous scopes.
* Proficient with tools like Monday.com, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, JIRA, Confluence, GitHub.
