We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join our pastoral team and make a real difference in the lives of our students. Based in Oldham, our school is a place where no two days are the same – and where every student is supported to meet their full potential, whatever their starting point.
You’ll work closely with our pastoral leads, classroom teachers and families to provide early intervention, behaviour support, and mentoring for students who need it most. The right person for this role will be calm under pressure, firm but fair, and above all else – someone who genuinely cares about helping young people grow.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building positive relationships with students
* Supporting pupils to make positive behaviour choices
* Managing restorative conversations and reintegration meetings
* Helping create a calm and respectful school culture
This role is ideal for someone with experience in youth work, education, or care settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
