Job Description
The Senior Superintendent - Mission Critical - NoVA will:
1. Lead all on‑site construction field activities for mission‑critical projects
2. Manage subcontractors, scheduling, site logistics, and daily reporting
3. Implement and enforce project safety, quality standards, and compliance measures
4. Coordinate closely with project managers and executive leadership
5. Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company on‑site
6. Oversee project phasing, sequencing, and milestone delivery using MS Project
7. Support development of local team infrastructure as NoVA operations expand
8. Mentor junior field staff and contribute to long‑term regional growth

The Successful Applicant
The Senior Superintendent - Mission Critical - NoVA will have:
9. 15-20+ years in construction field management/supervision
10. Minimum 5-7 years of mission‑critical (data center) experience
11. Background with a general contractor required; GC experience with MEP focus acceptable
12. Project experience aligned with $15M-$60M+ scopes
13. Strong preference for candidates local to Northern Virginia
14. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project scheduling
15. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and team‑building skills
16. Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience

17. Base salary: $150K-$185K
18. Bonuses: Two annually (April & November), typically totaling 9%-15%
19. Vehicle program: $850/month allowance or company‑provided vehicle
