Our client is a successful and growing real estate firm known for their exceptional client service and deep understanding of the Camden property market. They're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join their friendly team and ensure the smooth and efficient running of their busy office.
Being the first point of contact for all telephone and email enquiries, directing them appropriately and professionally.
Managing and maintaining office systems and procedures, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
Maintaining office supplies and ensuring the office environment is well-organized and presentable.
Assisting with marketing activities, such as preparing property brochures and updating online listings.
Processing invoices, managing expenses, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.
Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
Proven experience in an office administration role, ideally within the property sector (although not essential).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Full-time position: 5 days per week in our Camden office.
