About Thomas Henshaw Court
Thomas Henshaw Court is a well-established residential care home in Southport, known for delivering compassionate, person-centred care. Our dedicated team provides round-the-clock support to ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and well cared for at all times. We are currently recruiting two new Care Assistants to join our team and support the continued delivery of excellent care.
The Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll support residents with a variety of needs in a way that respects their dignity and promotes independence. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with personal care routines
2. Helping with mealtimes and mobility
3. Providing companionship and emotional support
4. Engaging residents in meaningful daily activities
5. Being a reliable, compassionate presence at all times
