We're seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our retail home store team. Your organisational skills and proactive approach will be vital in contributing to the sale of our pre-loved items.
Our Warehouse Supervisors collaborate with the management team to achieve key objectives, ensuring efficient stock movement to drive sales. You will respond quickly and positively to changing situations, creating a safe and productive environment.
This role is varied, fast-paced, and hands-on. Due to high volumes of collections, deliveries, and donations, it is physically demanding but rewarding, as you help fund life-saving research.
What are we looking for?

* Stock management experience is desirable but not essential
* Motivated, proactive, and commercially driven to lead a team
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
* Results-driven, resilient, and adaptable to business needs
Our stores operate 7 days a week; flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays is required.
This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week, on a permanent contract.
