Property Damage Solicitor (Legal Director), 5+ Years PQE, Birmingham / Hybrid working, GBP 85,000+ (DOE) : This is an excellent opportunity for a senior solicitor with strong technical expertise and leadership capability to take ownership of a varied and high:value caseload while playing a key role in shaping team performance and client delivery. JOB REF: 3562.
THE ROLE:
- Managing your own caseload of property:related claims from inception to resolution
- Prioritising work effectively to maximise efficiency and meet deadlines
- Contributing proactively to the wider practice group, supporting efficiency and development of appropriate caseloads
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members, acting as a key point of contact within the team
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Property Damage Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE looking for that next step in their career.
- You will have experience of third:party property damage, product liability, policy coverage and subrogated recoveries.
- Strong technical expertise in commercial insurance matters
- You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
