Salary: £33,000 - 48,000 per year Requirements:
* 7 years working in a similar Business Analyst / Project Management role
* Minimum of 3 years experience in IT Service Management
* Experience as the lead business analyst and project manager for application development projects in medium to large companies
* Strong experience working with ServiceNow applications: ITSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM
* Knowledge of integration capabilities within ServiceNow
* Administration experience of a ServiceNow instance including delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items, and solution revisions
* Understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Configuration Management as it relates to ITIL
* Experience working within Agile/Scrum and Waterfall frameworks
* Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processing, including requirements analysis and systems design
* Ability to write high-quality requirements documents, test plans, project plans, user guides, highlight reports, and release notes
* Proficiency in leading technical teams on functionality development and changes during the development lifecycle
* Capability to perform hands-on application functionality testing prior to user acceptance
* Skills in designing business processes, performing requirements analysis, and conducting workshops
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive and influence others
* Strong ownership of both technical and business issues, driving them to resolution
Responsibilities:
* Analyze enhancement requests with users and key stakeholders across Computacenter and customer base
* Prioritize requests and collaborate with in-house technical teams and external suppliers to deliver enhancements
* Define requirements, processes, procedures, and reporting for new modules and applications
* Lead workshops to align requirements and solutions across technical and business teams
* Ensure alignment of requirements to industry best practices, maintaining Computacenters competitive edge
* Own the delivery of enhancements, new components, and systems
* Ensure thorough testing of solutions to meet specified functional requirements
* Work within geographically spread Agile teams, writing user stories and performing functional testing
* Create and manage project plans, highlight reports, exceptions reports, and risk & issue logs as needed
