Misfit's Social Club is one of Cardiff's busiest late-night student bars. We're looking for energetic and reliable team members to help manage crowds, keep guests safe, and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
* Greet and support customers with a friendly approach
* Manage queues, entry, and guest flow inside the venue
* Keep the venue safe and deal with situations calmly and assertively
* Work closely with management and security teams
What We're Looking For :
* Energetic, approachable & confident personalities
* Friendly but firm communication skills when needed
* Good communication skills overall
* Experience in stewarding, security or hospitality is a bonus (training will be provided on shift.)
