Overview

Description About CTI: Join 150+ strategists and specialists who refuse to settle, creating bold digital experiences for ambitious brands since 2004. We are a full-service digital agency delivering strategic consultancy, web development, and digital marketing to drive demand online.

Application Deadline: 14 November 2025. Department: Project Management. Location: Manchester.

We work with hundreds of clients—from Chester Zoo and Zip World to Balfour Beatty and Mind—driving lasting partnerships through next-gen solutions and continuous learning.

What makes us different

We break new ground. You’ll work on innovative projects using the latest technologies before they hit mainstream. We celebrate calculated risks and learn fast from every experiment.

We get stuck in together. Genuine collaboration across all departments. Your ideas matter here, regardless of your role or how long you’ve been with us.

We stay curious. Continuous learning is essential. You’ll have dedicated time and budget for development, working alongside industry experts who are genuinely invested in your success.

We own it. Full accountability and autonomy over your work means you’ll build client relationships, see real-world impact, and be recognised when you go the extra mile.

What you’ll be doing

As a Project Manager within our In-Life Delivery team, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of smaller enhancement projects and continuous improvement programmes across a wide range of high-value clients. You’ll coordinate workloads, manage priorities, and ensure high standards of delivery across a portfolio that generates over £600k in monthly revenue. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you’ll have a direct impact on service quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Project Delivery & Service Oversight: Manage and support delivery of multiple enhancement projects (typically under £20k) and continuous improvement workstreams; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and alignment with client expectations; monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as required; track service performance and contribute to regular performance reviews and reporting.
* Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across a portfolio of clients; lead client meetings, keeping them updated on timelines and progress; ensure roadmaps and priorities stay current and aligned with client goals; support a positive client experience through transparent communication.
* Team Collaboration: Work with the Head of In-Life Delivery to align resourcing and improve delivery operations; collaborate with Support Success Managers and other delivery leads for smooth handovers; foster accountability and knowledge sharing.
* Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of delivery methodologies; capture lessons learned and feed into process improvements; stay up to date with industry best practices and bring ideas to the table.
* Reporting & Commercial Awareness: Support financial tracking and reporting across the delivery portfolio; ensure projects stay within scope and contribute to portfolio profitability; provide regular updates to senior stakeholders with delivery insights.

What experience you need to be successful

* Solid project management experience, ideally within an agency or digital services environment
* Experience managing multiple smaller projects in parallel
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a client-first approach
* Confident handling budgets, timelines, and competing priorities
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and resourcing across departments
* Commercial mindset with a clear understanding of service delivery KPIs
* Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies
* Adaptable, organised, and calm under pressure

What sets you apart

* You’re a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment
* You love a plan but can pivot when priorities shift
* You care deeply about client outcomes, not just ticking tasks off a list
* You’re proactive about improvement – in yourself, your work, and the processes you work within
* You bring a positive, team-oriented energy that raises the bar for everyone around you

What’s in it for you?

* 28 days annual leave, in addition to bank holidays
* Hybrid-working - in the office twice a week
* Workplace nursery scheme
* Health cash plan
* Cycle-to-work scheme
* Flexible working hours
* Employee well-being and mental health programme
* Relaxed working environments - office dogs welcome
* Company socials and lots of fun
