Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment, showcasing your attention to detail. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, you'll do so with kindness and professionalism.
We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with some experience, although full training will be provided. You should have excellent time management and organizational skills, along with positive energy and a natural ability to get along with others. Strong communication skills, including listening and giving instructions, are essential. Always communicate considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and undertake additional training as needed. You should feel confident in seeking advice and reporting concerns, including escalation if necessary.
