We're a rapidly growing independent training provider, with a GOOD Ofsted rating, and are looking to expand our Morley-based team to include an Administrative Assistant.
This role combines front-of-house responsibilities with learner and employer support, as well as administrative tasks that help ensure compliance with apprenticeship funding rules.
This role is full-time, based in Morley, Leeds. It's very customer-facing and involves being one of the first points-of-contact for our apprentices, employers, visitors and wider community.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for learners, employers, and visitors (in person, phone, and email).
* Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
* Manage diaries, book appointments, and schedule meetings.
* Handle correspondence including emails, calls, post, and visitor queries.
* Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
* Support onboarding of new apprentices and maintain ongoing communication with learners and employers.
* Schedule apprentice progress reviews and exams.
* Track attendance registers and report absences to the safeguarding team.
* Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team.
* Ensure compliance with government funding rules through accurate scheduling and record-keeping.
* Occasionally travel to other Elevation Training Academy centres.
