We are seeking to appoint a Midday Supervisor to join our friendly team to support the children during lunchtime.
Details
Pay range: Grade B SCP3, £12.85 per hour, £24,796 (fte). Actual salary: £5,565.
Hours: 10 hours per week, to be worked across Monday to Friday, 12.00 noon – 2.00 pm, 38 weeks per year, term time only.
Responsibilities
* Supervising students in designated areas, including playgrounds, and classrooms, always ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Serving as a positive role model, promoting good conduct and behaviour among students.
* Effectively managing minor behavioural issues and promptly reporting serious incidents to senior members of staff.
* Contributing to a positive and enjoyable lunchtime experience for all students.
* Upholding the aims, values, and policies of the school and working collaboratively as part of a team.
* Maintaining awareness of safeguarding and confidentiality protocols related to students, staff, and schoolwork. We strongly advise that you visit the school during lunchtime service to help you understand the role.
