The Role
* Teaching high‑quality Design & Technology lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5
* Inspiring students through creative, hands‑on approaches to learning
* Creating a positive, structured classroom environment that promotes progress and engagement
* Supporting students to develop problem‑solving skills, resilience, and independence
We’re looking for educators who:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
* Have experience teaching Design & Technology in a secondary setting
* Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills
* Build positive relationships with students and staff
* Are committed to safeguarding and maintaining high behavioural standards
* Bring energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to their teaching
