About The Role
The IT Procurement Coordinator ensures the smooth and efficient use of Technology assets within the business, including maintaining asset inventories and records, contract renewals, Purchase Order management, receipting, license and supplier management, and general office administration tasks related to Technology.
This is a full-time role based in Avonmouth on a hybrid working basis, working 2-3 days on-site.

Contract
12 months fixed-term.
What You’ll Be Doing
Procurement
* Financial administration for Technology, including requesting quotes, assessing pricing, seeking Capex approvals, managing Purchase Orders, and goods receipting.
* Maintain and manage the contracts register, advising and negotiating renewal dates, T&C changes, and costs/renewal quotes.
* Manage relationships with third-party partners.
* Support other team members with general administration tasks as needed.
Asset Management
* Maintain departmental hardware and software asset register.
* Manage onboarding, offboarding, and internal moves across the business.
* Ensure software license compliance.
* Handle hardware disposals, ensuring collection by disposal companies and updating FreshService with disposal certificates.
* Maintain levels of IT hardware and peripherals.
About You
* Proven experience in IT asset management lifecycle processes.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Strong relationship management skills with stakeholders at various levels.
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with good financial acumen.
* Proactive in identifying improvements and sharing lessons learned.
* Customer-focused with a drive to deliver value.
* Ability to operate in a complex, time-critical, and evolving environment.
* Independent and resourceful, able to escalate issues when necessary.
* Must have the right to work in the UK.
