We’re recruiting an experienced Sheet Metal Operative / CNC Operator / Fabricator to support our growing production team.
The Role
* Setting and operating CNC machinery, press brakes and punch machines
* Producing high‑quality sheet metal components to precise specifications
* Reading and working from technical drawings
* Maintaining Health & Safety, quality checks, and 6S standards
* Supporting production targets and assisting team development
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as a Sheet Metal Worker, CNC Machinist, Fabricator, or Press Brake Operator
* Ability to read engineering/technical drawings
* Good understanding of manufacturing, quality control and H&S
* IT literate, GCSE English & Maths or equivalent
Desirable: Trumpf, Salvagnini, Safan or Emergi machine experience; Lean tools (5Y, A3, 8D); SAP.
