Our Clientisgrowing its Digital offering and is looking for a Business Architect / Consultant in a client facing role supporting customer's digital journey. Permanent, full-time position based from offices in Bristol area but with client travel locally when projects demand. This opportunity is well suited to an experienced Business Architect / Enterprise Architect looking for a new challenge. You will be working alongside Technical consultants on a wide variety of Digital Transformation programmes, Cloud AWS typically, supporting the journey. This job role will require a technical understanding but importantly will require a business acumen that will enable you to consult across cultural, people and behavioural change required to and resulting from the digital transformation. Working and consulting with senior stakeholders both internally and externally will be essential, therefore, sound communication skills will be necessary. Key tasks within the role include: Working on specific programs and projects to deliver high-quality value-driven Digital Transformation (AWS) for clients. Championing stakeholders' needs, ensuring development is aligned with their requirements and business goals. Developing Business Models and options to reflect the business strategy. Developing Operating Models, detailing the complex changes of people, process, information, and technical landscape. Developing Roadmaps collaborating with project delivery and ensuring that the implementation reflects the strategic intent. Experience being sought includes: Experience in Enterprise or Business Architecture methodology (TOGAF, Agile Architecture, BIZBOK), languages (ArchiMate, BPMN and UML) and tools (BiZZdesign and Sparx). Experience of working in an agile environment. Working collaboratively with senior stakeholders in technology-led transformation programs, across strategy, business design and change management Analysing complex problems, designing innovative solutions, and communicating them effectively to a wide range of audiences. Exemplary stakeholder engagement and management skills. Experience in facilitating workshops with a wide range of stakeholders.
