Crypto Training & Due Diligence Specialist

Salary: £51,500 per annum
Main Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and oversee a structured training programme for newly appointed Researchers and Analysts
* Deliver training on processes, research techniques, analysis, report writing, and cryptocurrency-related investigative approaches that support strong client outcomes
* Identify training needs linked to regional and subject-matter specialisms, drawing on internal expertise where appropriate
* Mentor and support new staff during their first three months to ensure a successful transition into role
* Develop specialist training content in cryptocurrency, digital asset investigations, and wider emerging financial crime risks
* Develop client-facing training materials for effective manager-led delivery across markets and audiences
* Produce a monthly newsletter covering due diligence techniques and emerging trends to support learning and client-facing capability
* Support the development of individual and team specialisms through targeted training initiatives
* Focus areas may include cryptocurrency, digital assets, OSINT, AML, geopolitical risk, research, report writing, and database use
* Develop practical e-learning modules for recruiters, staff, and clients
* Maintain accurate records of internal and external training activity
* Ensure relevant content is CPD certified and maintain an effective relationship with the appropriate regulatory body

* Manage accounts required to support research, analysis, and training activity
* Develop, maintain, and oversee compliance with relevant policies
* Ensure appropriate account access and setup for new starters
* Carry out internal audits and monitoring to ensure adherence to policy
Person Specification
* Credible trainer, confident in delivering engaging learning, mentoring colleagues, and presenting to varied audiences
* Strong expertise in cryptocurrency, digital assets, and related financial crime or investigative risks
* Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to complex information
* Able to work independently, use sound judgement, and manage competing priorities
* Highly organised, able to plan, prioritise, and deliver to a high standard
* Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging colleagues, managers, and clients
* Strong report-writing skills, translating complex findings into clear, commercially relevant insight
* Curious and analytical, with the initiative to investigate thoroughly and uncover insight
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required
* Experience in due diligence, investigations, intelligence, or a closely related analytical role
* Experience designing, delivering, or supporting structured training programmes for internal or external audiences
