KeyResponsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer serviceexperience via phone email and online chat.
* Take ownership of the customers requestsand/or issues troubleshoot provide assistance and best practices.
* Escalate and engage other groups or teamswithin the company with newly discovered requests and/or issues.
* Work closely with numerous stakeholders anddepartments within the company (Sales MIS Operations and more)
Requirements :
* Availability to work inshifts (Morning late evening and night)
* Hybridworking model availability to arrive to the office located inNuneaton.
* Two years of proven customer supportexperience
* Technical Education or background
* Excellent communication skills and serviceorientation
* Ability to multitask prioritizeand manage time effectively.
* Ability toclearly and efficiently document technicalinformation.
* Detailoriented and Team Player
* High proficiency inEnglish
