Job Description
As the world's leading off-price retailer of clothing and homeware, we’re all about putting our customers first. By working as a Loss Prevention Officer, you’ll help keep our customers, associates, and assets safe. Experience in a customer-facing role, fast-paced retail environment, or security guard role is ideal but not essential.
In This Role
You will support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at our entrance doors, deterring loss on the sales floor, and acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function. You will work closely with the store team to maintain security of our products and resolve conflicts effectively. You must remain calm and professional under pressure, be self‑motivated, resilient, and communicate effectively.
