Job Summary
This role is part of a service currently subject to a service improvement and redesign programme. Service delivery models, roles and structures will be reviewed, potentially resulting in changes and consultation in line with the Trust's Organisational Change Policy. Applications are invited for the post of Administration Lead within the Bay Network based at Guild Lodge, Whittingham, near Preston.
Responsibilities
* Provide professional admin lead support to the Locality Business Manager.
* Hold line management responsibility for administrative staff across Forensics and Children and Young People services.
* Act as lead within the network, ensuring active communication and engagement with dispersed administrative staff.
* Develop and implement efficient and effective admin systems and processes across the network.
* Ensure robust induction and development opportunities for all admin staff.
Qualifications and Experience
* Postgraduate business or management related professional qualification or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrable commitment to continuous personal development.
* Extensive specialist knowledge and understanding of leadership skills.
* Extensive professional specialist knowledge of administrative procedures and practice underpinned by relevant theory.
* Previous successful management and motivation of a large administrative service or team at senior admin manager level.
* Demonstrable success in achieving performance targets both individually and as part of a team.

Remuneration and Contract
Salary: £39,959 to £48,117 a year (per annum). Contract: Fixed term, 6 months, Full‑time.
